Animé Los Angeles 22 Badges: You must have a badge if you are 6 years of age or older.
No Refunds; all sales final:
Please note there are NO refunds under any circumstances. If after registering (buying your badge) you find you cannot attend for any reason including but not limited to… (acts of God, civil / government mandates, natural disasters, pandemics, personal / medical emergencies, etc.), you may transfer your badge to another party no later than Thursday, December 31st, 2026. Please see the transfer information and link below. Completing this registration constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
Animé Los Angeles 22 is currently scheduled for January 7-10, 2027, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California. In the event this date and or location is changed Animé Los Angeles will make every effort to notify all participants (attendees; exhibitors; volunteers; etc.) as soon as possible. All registration fees including all fees for exhibitor space (dealers and artists) will automatically be transferred to the new dates and/or location. We are unable to offer refunds.
Important note regarding at-the-door sales and pick-up for Single Day badges:
Single Day badges will ONLY be sold and available for pick-up (for those purchased in advance) on the day they are valid for (Friday badge on Friday; Saturday badge on Saturday; etc.).
Badge; Ticket; Membership:
These different terms all define the badge that you will pick up upon arrival at the event. When you register online in advance (to pay for your badge, ticket, or membership), you will receive a confirmation email from our payment processing vendor (Cvent). We DO NOT mail out badges in advance. You must pick up your badge at the convention. To pick up your badge at the convention, you will only need your photo ID.
What do I do if I find out I can’t attend after all:
Animé Los Angeles offers an option to help those who register and then learn (before the convention) that they will be unable to attend. If you cannot get time off, a family emergency or obligation arises, you’ll be out of town / country for any reason, etc. You can transfer your registration / badge to someone else. You may transfer your badge to another party no later than Thursday, December 31st, 2026. Please see our badge transfer instructions link below.
Do you offer a different rate for children:
No. However one parent or guardian (Legal Parent or guardian over 18 yrs. ONLY – no siblings; other relatives; friends; etc.) may accompany a paid child (6 yrs. – 14 yrs.). ‘Parent in tow’ rate is $40.00 and will only be available at the door. The ‘Parent in tow’ badge purchased will match the child’s badge (Child’s Friday badge will result in a Friday badge for the parent in tow, etc.).
Children under 6 years old do not need a badge.
I don’t want to have my legal name on my badge. What shall I do:
When you register, you are asked for your legal name. This is to facilitate your picking up your badge at the convention. If you prefer not to have your legal name on your badge, please list your preferred alternative in the “Badge Name” field when completing your registration. If the ‘Badge Name’ field is left blank, we will put your legal name on your badge.
**You can also ask our registration staff if you are unsure about what your current badge name is listed under to ensure that your preferred name is listed instead of your legal name.**
Government mandated restrictions:
While we all hope that there will be no restrictions in place at the time of Animé Los Angeles 22, registration constitutes agreement that you will abide with any restrictions (proof of vaccination; masking; etc.) that are in place at the time of the event. Please remember there are no refunds and the deadline for transfers is Thursday, December 31st, 2026.
Payment Issues:
In the event you receive a payment failure notice/email. Please do not attempt to resubmit your payment. Processing may last up to 48 hours and repeat submissions of payments may incur extra charges on your card! If you have any further questions, please send an email to regsupport@animelosangeles.org. As long as you have received a confirmation number/email, you are registered for the event!
