Lost and Found Policy

Con Ops collects Lost and Found items all weekend. We highly encourage people to come look for, and collect your items anytime while we are open, especially before Sunday afternoon. Wait times may extend as the convention reaches its close. 

Any items that end up in our Lost & Found are retained for a period of 30 days from the end of the convention. Any items confirmed to be in our possession will be shipped back at the owner’s expense, or arrangements can be made for items to be picked up, delivered to the next Animé Los Angeles convention and held in ConOps. After the period of 30 days has expired, all unclaimed/unconfirmed items in our possession will be cleared out with no guarantees on holding thereafter.
